Solution Host allows you to issue toolbox talks and your safety policy to employees for acknowledgement and signature, either electronically or in print.
Issuing a toolbox talk
1. Go to Toolbox Talks from the Safety Pack menu.
2. Select the talk you want to issue.
3. To present it: click the present option and confirm who you are presenting to. The talk will move to the ‘Presented’ list once confirmed.
4. To issue electronically: go to Assign to My Tasks and select the relevant employees. They will receive an email link to acknowledge the talk.
5. To issue in print: print the document, collect signatures manually, and retain the signed copy.
Note: Toolbox talks that have been presented appear at the bottom of the list, not the top. If you can’t find a talk you’ve previously used, scroll down — it will be in the Presented section at the bottom.
Tracking completion
My Tasks shows which employees have and haven’t completed each toolbox talk. Use this to follow up on outstanding sign-offs.
