You can set up automated email reminders to alert you when documents are due for review, including risk assessments, COSHH assessments, safety policies, and training records.
Setting up email reminders
Go to Settings from the top navigation.
Select Email Reports.
Enter the email address you want reminders sent to.
Choose your preferred frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Select the document types you want to be reminded about.
Save your settings.
π‘ Tip: Weekly reminders are a good balance β frequent enough to stay on top of things without overwhelming your inbox.
