Your pack certificate confirms your membership with HS Direct and includes your company name and expiry date. You can download it at any time from Solution Host.
Downloading your certificate
Log in to Solution Host.
Click the Client Settings icon in the left-hand sidebar.
Select the Pack Certificate tab along the top.
Download the certificate as a PDF.
💡 Tip: If the certificate appears rotated on screen, download it — it should display correctly once saved.
