If your company name has changed officially
Contact the support team via live chat or email [support email address] and request a company name change. You'll need to complete a short form before the change can be processed.

Once the completed form has been returned, the support team will update your company name on the portal.
If your company name contains a typo or was set up incorrectly
You don't need to complete the form for this. Contact the support team directly via live chat or email and they'll correct it for you.
