1. Go to hsdirect.co.uk and click 'Log in to Solution Host'
2. Click Forgot your password? below the login form
3. Enter the email address linked to your account
4. Click Reset Password
5. Check your inbox for an email from HS Direct
6. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password
