You use the HR module in Solution Host to manage:
Employment contracts
HR letters
Employee handbooks and policies
Right-to-work documentation
The HR module sits alongside other modules such as the Safety Pack.
How the Employee Manager works:
The Employee Manager is the central list of all employees.
The same employee list appears in both the HR module and the Safety Pack.
When you update an employee in one place, the change applies across both modules.
From the Employee Manager, you can:
Open an employee record with the blue eye icon.
View key details and all documents issued to that employee.
Upload supporting files, including right-to-work documents.
What is the difference between active and inactive employees?
Active employees are current employees.
Inactive employees are leavers.
You do not delete leavers; their records remain in the system.
You can reactivate an inactive employee if they return to the business.
