Troubleshooting browser issues with Solution Host

If you're experiencing loading errors or display issues when accessing Solution Host, the steps below will help you identify and resolve the most common browser-related causes.


Why browser issues occur

When you browse the internet, your browser stores information from websites in its cache and cookies. The cache saves parts of web pages to help them load faster on future visits; cookies store data such as your preferences and login status. Over time, this saved data can cause loading errors or formatting issues. Browser extensions can also interfere by blocking scripts or content that websites need to function correctly.


Step 1: Try Incognito mode

Incognito mode disables extensions and ignores cached data, making it a quick way to check whether your regular browser session is causing the problem.

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Select New Incognito Window.

  4. Try accessing Solution Host in this window.

If the issue is resolved in Incognito mode, cached data or an extension in your regular browser is likely the cause. Continue with the steps below.


Step 2: Clear your cache and cookies

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select History, then click History again.

  3. On the left, click Clear browsing data.

  4. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.

  6. Refresh your Solution Host tab and log back in.


Step 3: Disable browser extensions

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to More Tools > Extensions.

  3. Toggle off extensions one by one, testing Solution Host after each.

If disabling a specific extension resolves the issue, leave it turned off when using Solution Host or check the extension's settings for content-blocking options.


Step 4: Try a different browser

If the issue persists, try accessing Solution Host in a different supported browser and make sure it's up to date.
