Custom Downloads is a library of pre-built Word document templates sourced by Solution Host to help you manage common compliance and site management tasks. These are not Solution Host’s own documents — they are industry-standard templates made available for you to download and adapt.
What’s available
The library includes a range of documents such as principal contractor site files, inspection checklists, and other commonly used forms. The exact documents available may vary depending on your package.
How to download and use a template
1. Go to Custom Downloads from the main menu.
2. Browse the available documents.
3. Click to download the document you need. It will download as a Word file.
4. Open the file and edit it as required — grey sections indicate areas you should change.
5. Save your edited version locally for use.
✓ Tip: These templates are a good starting point for site-specific documents you need to create from scratch. Download, edit, and save your own version rather than working from the original each time.
Note: Download times may vary depending on the size of the document. If a download takes longer than expected, try Clearing cookies and cache.
