Where right-to-work documents are stored
You store right-to-work documents on the employee record in the Right to Work section.
Each document can show its validity dates, helping you track when it is in date or expiring.
How to upload a right-to-work document
Open the Employee Manager and locate the employee.
Click the blue eye icon to open their profile.
Go to the Right to Work section.
Click Add New Document.
Select the document type and the list it belongs to.
Choose the file from your device and save.
The uploaded document now appears against the employee’s record with its valid from and expiry information, where configured.

Use the official UK Government guidance on gov.uk to confirm which documents are acceptable for right-to-work checks.
