You can record accidents directly in Solution Host using the Accident Book, and notify your consultant at the same time.
Logging an accident
Go to Accident Book from the sidebar.
Click Create New.
Work through the questionnaire, answering all relevant questions.
Attach any supporting documents if required.
Click Save.
Notifying your consultant
If you need guidance after an accident, use the Help button to alert your consultant directly.
Click the Help button at the top of the page.
Select a help topic relevant to the accident.
Add a note with any relevant details.
Click Get Help.
This sends a ticket to your consultant so they can get in touch and guide you through the next steps.
π‘ Tip: If you're unsure how to complete the accident form, contact your consultant via the Help button rather than leaving it incomplete.
