You can record training completed through your own company directly in Solution Host. Any e-learning completed through HS Direct is added automatically.
Adding a training record
Go to Training Records from the sidebar.
Click Add Course β make sure you use the correct button, as not all buttons on this page are active.
Enter the course title, date, training provider, and retest date.
In the Attendees section, find and select the relevant employee.
Mark whether they passed.
Click Create Record.
β οΈ Note: Any e-learning completed through HS Direct will appear here automatically β you don't need to add these manually.
